In a significant step towards community development, Global Relief Services (GRS) officially inaugurated the Gitaba Community Centre on June 15, 2025, in Rutana Commune, Burunga Province. The initiative is part of GRSโs commitment to serving the local population by bringing essential services closer to the community.
The Gitaba Community Centre is designed as a multi-purpose hub that will provide access to a wide range of programs and services aimed at improving the quality of life for local residents. Its core objectives include:

During the opening ceremony, several community leaders and stakeholders were present, including Mrs. Liz, a representative of the Baptist Church, who expressed her appreciation for the project.
